IT IS MORE CURRENT THAN EVER
Jadis is a French word with many shades.
It can mean “once”,
It can mean “anciently”,
It can mean “in the past”.
JADISE draws its values from the etymology of this term and transcends it giving life to a story that collects what happened “in the past” for carry it into the present and, subsequently, enhance it in one future prospect.
So, the story of JADISE begins with a “there is today” and spreads the talent that “once upon a time”.
The tradition on which the crafts of the past was based is carried over in the present and enhanced by the creative flair of Massimiliano D’Angelo, who manages to put together high quality materials, carefully selected, and transforms them into small works of art to carry around. The colors, the big one JADISE’s personality and artistic eye bring to light the strengths of Made in Italy: talent, passion and history.
JADISE was born in 2012, when Massimiliano D’Angelo is the entrepreneur Emilio Lombardo turn their dream of putting together art and craftsmanship. To inspire them is Sicily and later, they broke up transported from all the beauty of the south, to then become, over time, one of the leading brands of 65 points of sale throughout Italy.
In 2014 JADISE began to expand also abroad by presenting new ones collections at the most important international trade fairs such as the Salone Who’s Next International Clothing and Accessories in Paris, la Mipel – Micam International Leather and Accessories Fair and the event White in Milan. Right from the start, the collection is a great success: JADISE is in the sights of international buyers, who decide to distribute it in multi-brand retailers e most authoritative department stores in the fashion industry. It is the first step towards the international expansion of the brand in France, Portugal, Saudi Arabia and Japan.
JADISE has thus crossed the Alps.
In 2016 JADISE is among the finalists of the second edition of the It’s Time project to South, the format created by White Milano – the cradle of avant-garde fashion and young – in collaboration with ICE – agency for promotion abroad – for the Fashion Show with the aim of launching Made in Sud creativity all over the fashion world. Research and quality of materials, innovative design and value of products do not go unnoticed. JADISE is selected by a jury of experts who find it one of the most promising realities in Southern Italy for abroad. From perfect icon of the true Made in Italy, the brand continues to grow, further expanding its borders in the international market.
Day after day, JADISE continues to consolidate its presence abroad and currently its products are exported all over the world:
USA, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Malta, France, Greece, Ghama e Kenya.
However, this is not the arrival, it is just a stage of JADISE’s journey.
In fact, among the projects underway there is the desire to open the first Official Store.
